This option is good for individuals returning home from a hospital or rehab that want simple solutions to improve their safety upon returning home. Our Home Safety Assessments are a detailed, comprehensive assessment related to the home environment and generally takes 2 hours to complete. We will present a summary of recommendations at the end of the assessment. We can assist with procuring any equipment or completing minor home modifications with the goal of having everything implemented prior to returning home.
